For our restaurant at the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a Shift Leader to lead, alongside with the Restaurant Manager, all aspects of our business. It’s about inspiring and motivating your team to achieve amazing results and excellent customer service. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards. In this role you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of house. You’ll oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. We expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
You are full of energy and have a positive attitude that is contagious.
You thrive in a pleasant chaos and like to create order in stressful situations.
You are a strong communicator and team player, and have excellent motivational and people skills to take your shift team to the next level!
You have extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
You are flexible in working hours, which means you will also be working during evenings, weekends and holidays.
You LOVE this brand and have clear motivation to be a part of it.
You are able to communicate in Dutch and English, all other languages are a plus!
